Is there a clear, agreed vision of what e-assessment is?

Is there clarity of purpose for e-assessment and is this linked to achieving overall organisational goals?

After the vision is set, it has to be communicated to staff and stakeholders. Senior management will play a key role in making sure everyone knows the vision, that it is embedded right across the organisation, and that staff support the overall goals.
